My name is Honza and live in Prague, Czech republic. I was born in 1972. I like nature and photography for a long time. I started to photograph in early 90s with Canon 5000 plus Cosina lens 100-300. But becouse of the price of photo material I usualy went to see nature with binoculars only. I re-started to photograph on April 2008 when I have bought Canon 400D plus Sigma 50-500. Becouse it started quite quickly as a big hobby for my I bought new lens Canon 500/4 on April 2009 which I use till now.

and that is all.

As I dont like to photograph in ZOO or captive animals all the photos were taken in the wild especially in the eastern Europe.

I like traveling a lot and till today I have visited following noneuropean countries:Tanzania(1996,1997,1998) Kenya (1997,1998), Uganda(1998), Democratic republic of Kongo(1998), Cameron (2003), Philliphines(2006, 2008), Singapore (2008), Maldives (2009) and Costarica (2009). I have also visited most of the European countries.

I am a member of Czech ornitological society since 1985 till 2001 and again since this year 2009.
